When you submit the capability briefing request form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, agency or organization, role, work email address, type of organization, and a description of what you are working on.

The form is hosted through Google Forms. Submissions are transmitted to and stored in Google's services, and Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing. We do not ask the form to collect your Google account or email address automatically.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site. Any analytics tool we use is configured to operate without collecting personally identifiable information or setting tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your capability briefing request
• To understand which agencies and programs are reaching out, so we can prepare for the conversation
• To maintain an internal record of business development contacts

We do not sell, rent, or share the information you submit with any third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact information submitted through this site is retained for as long as it is useful for an active or prospective business relationship, or as required to comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations related to federal, state, or local contracting.

Your choices

You may request that we delete information you have submitted, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within thirty days.
